Senthil jumped off the top of building a suicide attempt not knowing that a safety net is already there near the 8th floor. However, he was interrupted by a bullet shot at the back of head fired near the 10th story window. Senthil falls on the safety net but was dead at the instance.
Normally if a person intends to commit suicide and his actions cause his death, it is a suicide even if the death does not take place in the way the person expected.
But if it's not the bullet Senthil must have survived.

Later on, investigation police found out that an old man angrily fired at her wife in the 10th floor flat. however, shot missed the wife and hit the Senthil.
Normally, when a person intends to kill one human being and by his action kills another human being accidental, the charge is murder.

Later on the investigation, it was found out that gun was always unloaded and the man is just threatening his wife Further investigation revealed that the shotgun had been loaded by the couple's adult son, who was angry at his mother for cutting off monetary support. The son was hoping one day his father accidentally killed his mother
Normally when a person plans something whose action kills another human being, the charge is murder.


Is this a murder or suicide and if murder who is guilty?

No, inga antha maid did it accidently, there was no intent. But story la the son had a clear intent of killing a person by loading the gun.
Karthik AK-47 eduthutu varaan, oru aala ah shoot panna, busstand la vechu. But the shot misses, pakathula irukra aal mela pattu sethudraan. Though his intent was not to kill the other person, he had intention of killing someone. That is a pubsichable offense.

Ofcourse antha story la old man ku charges kedaikum, on grounds of negligence. If you own a gun, it is your responsibility to take care of it. But not of murder.

In your case karthik pulled the trigger... Loading the gun kaga oruthara epdi arrest panna mudiyum... Let's say Karthik loads a gun, he had the intent to kill... But in the last minute he changes his mind and keep the gun down... Vera oruthan vandhu shoot pannidraan...
The guy says that he thought the chamber was empty and took the shot... And he says he is not at fault... It is karthik who loaded the gun with an intent to kill...

absolutely! The other guy also will get arrested but wont face time as much as Karthik. If attempts can be forgiven, yen attempted murder, attempted robbery, attempted rape ku elaam law iruku with jail time

and what is the logic here? antha onoru guy yen chumma shoot panraan? That also plays an important role. In story, it is said that the husband usually threatens his wife with an empty gun.

Yet, how will Karthik be charged of murder?

Correct ah point ah pudichiteenga.. free falla la, the old man cannot shoot exactly at Senthil. So it's not a murder. It's a suicide.
Case closed.
 
It's a suicide but both the old man and his son should be punished.

Old man for threatening his wife and his son for planning to murder his mom
